Think: Is it Sustainable?

After touring Europe this summer, and then returning home, it became apparent how wasteful we are in the US. Everywhere we ate, we ate on plates and had ceramic or glass cups. Think about that whenever you can, ask for a real mug or a real plate when you eat out. Amazingly some places in the US are catching on.
