Water Conservation Education

Heritage Institute of Sustainability educated members of the City of Kemp, Texas on water conservation at the 5th annual wildflower festival. The weather was sunny, the bands were terrific, and community members enjoyed the excitement. HIOS was pleased to hold a free raffle for a rain barrel to support water conservation efforts.
