Heritage Institute of Sustainability Q1Results
We had an outstanding first quarter at Heritage Institute of Sustainability. We have secured partnerships with several suppliers to strengthen our project support team. We installed lighting and temperature control in the City Hall in Kemp Texas. The project resulted in maintenance savings, energy savings, and superior control over lighting and temperature in the space. We provided detailed energy audits to a Private School in North Dallas, and to a Manufacturing Plant by Fair Park. In total, these audits identified over 1.18 million dollars in energy savings potential over the life of the projects. We are currently working with a small town to install solar lighting at the city park. Additionally, we identified significant water savings opportunities at another Dallas private school, provided a vendor to help with landscaping controls, and we are currently working on parking lot lighting solutions. We are truly blessed with a great team and look forward to many additional success stories. Happy Holidays!!
